Inside Sales Consultant – Education & Professional Programs

We are looking for someone who can SELL — not just counsel.

FitStreet National School is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant to handle warm leads and convert interested prospects into enrolled students for our professional certification and diploma programs.

This is a target-driven, phone-based sales role.

You will be speaking with students, working professionals, parents and other prospective learners who have already shown interest in our programs.

What You Will Do

- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Understand the prospect's requirement and identify the right program
- Present the program, career opportunity, curriculum and value proposition
- Create urgency and move prospects towards a decision
- Handle objections related to price, time, credibility, career outcomes and competition
- Follow up systematically with interested prospects
- Convert enquiries into paid enrolments
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly conversion targets

❌ Candidates who hesitate to ask for the sale

Someone who:

✓ Has excellent communication skills




✓ Can influence and persuade prospects
✓ Knows how to handle objections
✓ Can create urgency without being pushy
✓ Is persistent with follow-ups
✓ Is comfortable with sales targets
✓ Can confidently ask: "Shall we complete your enrolment today?"
✓ Has a solid closing ability

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

EdTech | Inside Sales | Telesales | Course Sales | B2C Sales | Insurance | Banking | Real Estate | Telecom | Training & Certification Sales

Education-sector experience is NOT mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Your earning potential increases with your conversions.
