Duties & Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Load programs, select proper nozzles, and adjust laser focus, gas pressures, and feed rates based on material type and thickness.
- Operation: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely using overhead cranes, forklifts, or manual lifting.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine part specifications and tolerances.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on laser machinery, including cleaning optics, changing nozzles, and clearing scrap.
- Documentation: Track production logs, material usage, and report any machinery malfunctions or defects to supervisors
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
