This position is for a boutique hotel in Dehradun
* Guest experience & front office operations
* Staff management, hiring & training
* Cordination with Corporates and companies for sales (Sales call)
* Revenue & sales support (manage all OTAs with Sales Exec)
* Daily operations: lobby, restaurant coordination, room readiness
* Reservations oversight
* Coordination with Housekeeping & F&B;
* Handle guest escalations & VIP guests
* Crisis & safety management
* Maintain rate parity & assist with pricing decisions
* Oversee property accounts (basic P&L; awareness)
✅ This is the head of the property — handles both strategy and daily operations.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
