About the Role

We are looking for a CAD Design Intern passionate about mechanical design, product development, and two-wheelers. You will work on developing real components and modular systems for Ravtor's electric utility bikes, contributing to the product from digital design to physical prototyping.

This is an opportunity to work on practical engineering challenges in an early-stage EV startup, where your designs can become part of an actual product.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop modular attachments for delivery, vending, cargo, and other utility applications.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
- Work on frame integration, mounting systems, structural components, and accessory fitment.
- Develop designs with consideration for strength, weight, manufacturability, and fabrication feasibility.
- Support physical prototyping,



assembly, fitment checks, and product testing.
- Iterate designs based on test results and real-world usage requirements.
- Coordinate with the engineering team and fabrication vendors to bring designs into production.
- Assist with design visualisation, rendering, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with relevant CAD skills are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
- Basic understanding of mechanical structures, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and visualise physical components.
- Interest in two-wheelers, electric vehicles, and product design.
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and learning.
