Profile: Accountant

Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience in accounting. Roles:

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally, including sales, purchase, journal, payment and receipt entries Prepare GST-compliant invoices and handle e-way bills and e-invoicing Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with GSTR-2B Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor and customer ledger reconciliation, and payment follow-ups Track project-wise costing, expenses and billing (running bills, milestone billing, retention) Perform bank reconciliation and manage daily cash and bank entries Process monthly payroll inputs, statutory dues (PF, ESI, PT) and staff expense claims Maintain fixed asset register and inventory and stock records for solar materials Coordinate with the CA or auditor for monthly closing, audits Prepare MIS reports and monthly accounting summaries for management Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com (a Commerce graduate is required) Additional certification in Tally, GST or Accounting is an advantage
