Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead Google & Meta campaigns, manage a high-performing team, and drive lead generation, revenue, and ROAS through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube campaigns.
- Own lead generation, CPL, CPA, ROAS & ROI targets.
- Handle and optimize monthly ad budgets of ₹1 Crore+.
- Analyze campaign data and present actionable performance insights.

Requirements

- 4–9 years of Performance Marketing experience.
- 1–2 years of team handling/managerial experience.




- Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 & GTM.
- Must have managed ad budgets above ₹50 lakhs per month.
- EdTech or digital agency experience preferred.
