We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team at Starlink Global Consultants Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with flight bookings, visa services, travel arrangements, and related consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries related to flight bookings, visa services, and travel requirements.
- Assist with ticket booking, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Guide clients regarding visa procedures and required documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and service providers to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain client records, booking details, and payment information.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents,
payments, and applications.
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily office operations.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Knowledge of ticketing and visa procedures is an advantage.
- Previous experience in travel consultancy is preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
