Are you passionate about coffee and interested in building a career in the café industry? We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-friendly individuals to join our team at Intensity Brew.

Freshers are welcome to apply! We are willing to train the right candidate from the basics.

Position Details

- Position: Barista
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Salary: ₹15-23k per month (based on skills and experience; to be discussed during the interview)
- Location: Lavelle Road, Bengaluru
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: As per café operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee and beverages, including cappuccino, latte, espresso, Americano, cold coffee, and other menu items.
- Learn and maintain consistent coffee quality, taste, presentation, and serving standards.
- Operate the espresso machine and coffee grinder, with training provided for freshers.
- Follow recipes, beverage preparation procedures, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and throughout the café.
- Handle customer orders professionally and provide friendly service.
- Monitor stock,



maintain inventory records, and report shortages.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and daily cleaning schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth café operations.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with an interest in coffee and hospitality.
- Experienced baristas with knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
- Candidates willing to learn, take responsibility, and improve their skills.
- Individuals with good communication, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Prior barista experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable freshers.
