Job Responsibilty: Seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead real estate projects (40–60 Cr budget) from inception to completion. Oversee planning, execution, budgeting, delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and compliance. Requires 7–10 years’ hands-on experience in large-scale developments, robust leadership, and strategic acumen. Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
