- Ensure construction quality meets approved standards, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and rectify quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and snag lists.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and local authority regulations

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Site coordination & leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of billing, estimation, and quantity surveying
- Good communication and reporting skills
