Duties and responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Lead and manage MEP technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient task allocation and project delivery.
- Provide technical direction to the site team to ensure the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems adheres to drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations, and ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and site-related challenges to keep the project on track.
- Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower deployment charts.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders to resolve design and execution-related issues.




- Work assigned by management from time to time

Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in real estate or residential/commercial projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
