Business Development Executive – Payroll Services

Location: Noida
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate and acquire new clients for our Payroll & HR Services.

Responsibilities:

- Generate B2B leads and acquire recent clients.
- Pitch Payroll/HR services and convert leads into business.
- Handle cold calling, follow-ups, meetings and sales closures.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate with clients/internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements:

- 6 months–1 year experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in Payroll, HR, Recruitment, Staffing or Manpower Services preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Candidate should have the ability to bring new business/clients.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
