QBE India is an HP-authorized IT retail and service center in Hirapur, Dhanbad, specializing in laptop/desktop sales, chip-level repairs, and IT solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Chip-Level Laptop Service Engineer who can independently diagnose and repair motherboard-level faults with minimum supervision.

IMPORTANT – Please Read Before Applying:

This is a dedicated chip-level repair position. Candidates with only basic laptop servicing, Windows installation, RAM/SSD replacement, screen/keyboard/battery replacement, or general hardware experience will NOT be considered.

Apply only if you can independently handle motherboard-level chip repair.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair laptop/desktop motherboards at component level

- Troubleshoot power, charging, BIOS, display, short-circuit, and dead-board issues

- Perform IC, MOSFET, and SMD component replacement with precision soldering/rework

- Use a multimeter, DC power supply, and other diagnostic tools for accurate fault finding





- Test repaired systems and ensure reliable service quality before delivery

Must-Have Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of practical chip-level motherboard repair experience

- Strong understanding of laptop motherboard circuits and power sections

- Confident SMD soldering, desoldering, and motherboard rework skills

- Ability to diagnose faults independently – not just replace parts

- HP laptop repair experience will be an advantage

Outstation Candidate Support:

Candidates relocating from outside Dhanbad or Jharkhand are welcome to apply.

Selected outstation candidates will be provided Food & Accommodation (Room) as part of the job support.

Effective total package value for outstation candidates: approximately Rs. 26,000–30,000 per month equivalent (including food and accommodation perks). This is not guaranteed cash salary.

Work Location: In person – Hirapur, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
