Job Description – HR Executive

Project: BHEL Thermal Power Plant Project
Location: Project Site (As per requirement)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage HR and administrative activities at a BHEL Thermal Power Plant project site. The candidate will be responsible for manpower coordination, attendance and payroll support, employee documentation, onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR operations at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, screening, and coordination of manpower for project requirements.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and manpower deployment reports.
- Coordinate with site management, contractors, and the corporate HR team.
- Support monthly payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, ID cards, gate passes, and site-entry documentation.
- Coordinate medical examinations, police verification, and other joining formalities as required by the project.




- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workforce-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and BHEL site requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports, including manpower strength and attendance.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and other employee welfare requirements, as applicable.
- Support exit formalities, full and final settlement documentation, and employee clearance.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance management, and payroll support.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to manage site manpower and handle workforce-related issues.
- Knowledge of labour compliance and contractor manpower management.
- Experience in a thermal power plant, PSU, EPC, or industrial project will be preferred.
