Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production of wooden pallets, crates, boxes, and packaging products.
- Manage factory workers and allocate daily work.
- Ensure production targets and customer delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor product quality, dimensions, and finishing.
- Control raw material consumption and minimize wood wastage.
- Maintain daily production, material consumption, and worker attendance records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and tools.
- Maintain factory discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding production planning and dispatch.

Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, carpentry, or a similar industry preferred.
- Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day factory operations.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, production planning, and quality control.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hands-on approach to work.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markal, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
