About the company and project

Status Constructions Private Limited is a real estate developer building a residential project at Jankalyan Nagar, Malad. The project offers 2 BHK residences of 783 sq ft RERA carpet area and is a ready-possession project, with the Occupation Certificate (OC) expected by end of December 2026.

Role summary

Build and manage a strong network of channel partners (brokers) in and around the project's micro-market, and drive qualified site visits and bookings for the project's ready-possession 2 BHK homes.

Key responsibilities

- Meet channel partners daily across the assigned territory and present the project: location, 2 BHK configuration (783 sq ft RERA carpet), pricing, payment plans, amenities and ready-possession status. Highlight the ready-possession advantage (OC expected by December 2026) to brokers and their end-user and investor clients. Empanel new channel partners and complete their registration, documentation and agreements.



Explain the brokerage structure to channel partners and coordinate brokerage payouts with the finance team. Arrange broker site visits, CP meets and project events. Generate client site visits through channel partners and ensure correct lead tagging in the CRM system. Maintain an updated CP database and share weekly activity and walk-in reports. Coordinate with the closing executive on CP-sourced walk-ins and follow-ups. Share market feedback on competitor projects, pricing and offers.

- Number of active channel partners CP-driven site visits per month Bookings generated through the channel

Candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an advantage. 2–6 years in channel sourcing with a residential real estate developer or a large CP firm. Existing broker network in Malad and surrounding areas is strongly preferred. Outgoing, persuasive and comfortable with full-time fieldwork. Positive communication in English, Hindi and Marathi. Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
