Role Purpose

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, driving market growth, and ensuring smooth dealership sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual retail, booking, and revenue targets.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales Team.
- Plan territory sales activities and increase market penetration.
- Ensure strong lead generation, follow-up, test rides, and conversions.
- Maintain solid knowledge of Royal Enfield models, specifications, features, technical details, schemes, and offers.
- Train the sales team on product knowledge, technical features, and sales processes.
- Monitor MIS, CRM, sales forecasts, and daily performance reports.
- Monitor vehicle inventory, ordering, and stock movement.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.




- Organize customer meetings, rides, events, and local promotional activities.
- Coordinate with finance/insurance partners to improve business conversion.
- Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield and dealership sales processes and standards.

Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of relevant automobile/two-wheeler sales experience.
- Experience in dealer/channel sales and team handling preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good technical/product knowledge and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented with strong market and business development skills.

Salary: As per experience and performance incentives

Pay: ₹20,737.06 - ₹50,186.52 per month
