Job Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading courier shipments safely and efficiently.
- Sorting and arranging parcels according to route, destination, and shipment type.
- Handling packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Supporting hub operations during loading and dispatch activities.
- Moving packages between vehicles, storage areas, and sorting sections.
- Checking shipment quantities and ensuring proper handover.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the loading and storage areas.
- Following company safety and operational procedures.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Hub Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, warehouse, or loading/unloading work is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle packages.
- Ability to work in day or night shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of parcel handling and sorting is an advantage.
