- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns effectively.

Requirements

- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam – Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales/customer service is an added advantage.
- Candidates from Palakkad are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
