Meta Ads is a core growth channel for our brands, and consistent ROAS, structured scaling, and strong execution are critical as we manage multiple ad accounts across markets.
We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Paid Media Executive who can manage paid advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute to the growth and scaling of our brands.

About the Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand Meta Ads structure, audience targeting, campaign optimization, tracking, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Campaign → Ad Set → Ad structure.
- Understand and work with different campaign objectives.
- Create and manage Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
- Set up and optimize retargeting campaigns.
- Work on interest and behavior-based targeting.




- Manage and optimize ad placements.
- Conduct creative testing and analyze performance.
- Understand and utilize relevant Advantage+ features.
- Monitor and understand Meta Pixel tracking.
- Have a conceptual understanding of Conversions API (CAPI).
- Monitor key performance metrics including Frequency, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify performance issues and implement optimization strategies.

Performance Diagnosis
You should be able to investigate situations such as:
“CTR is good, but conversions are poor.”
Possible areas to evaluate include:

- Landing page
- Offer
- Tracking setup
- Audience quality
- Conversion event
- Page speed
- Message and ad-to-page match

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and troubleshoot conversion issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
