Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our digital presence, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Handle SEO, social media, content, and email marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI/ROAS, and marketing budgets.
- Manage website optimization, analytics, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Design teams.
- Manage and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and team management skills.
- B2B/manufacturing/solar/electrical industry experience preferred.
