QA & QC ASSISTANT

Doliosis Holistic Medicine and Foods Private Limited is looking for a QA & QC Assistant to support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities at our homeopathic medicine manufacturing facility at Pirangut.

The candidate will assist with quality documentation, laboratory activities, SOP compliance, production record review and maintenance of QA/QC records as per GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day QA and QC activities.

Assist with routine laboratory activities and testing as assigned.

Maintain test reports, laboratory registers, worksheets and test records.

Assist with water, ENA, raw material and other testing as applicable.

Assist in reviewing production records and BMRs for completeness.

Maintain and organise QA/QC documentation and records.

Follow approved SOPs, GMP and documentation procedures.

Assist in maintaining SOPs and controlled documents.

Assist with maintaining training records and other compliance records.

Ensure samples are properly labelled, identified and traceable.

Report discrepancies, abnormalities or documentation errors to the supervisor.





Maintain laboratory and quality areas in a clean and organised condition.

Assist the QA/QC team during internal and regulatory inspections.

Coordinate with Production regarding quality and documentation requirements.

Qualification & Experience

B.Sc. in Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, homeopathic, nutraceutical, food, chemical or similar manufacturing.

Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs and quality documentation

Basic laboratory knowledge

Good documentation and record-keeping skills

Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge

Attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to follow procedures and instructions

Responsible and disciplined approach to work

Salary

₹18,000–₹20,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability.
