About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Therapist with hands-on experience in skin, laser and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform aesthetic treatments as per clinic protocols and training.
- Assist with HydraFacial and advanced facial treatments.
- Perform laser hair reduction where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Assist with skin treatments and chemical peel preparation.
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms before procedures.
- Assist doctors during treatments when required.
- Explain basic treatment preparation and aftercare instructions approved by the doctor.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitisation standards.
- Clean and prepare aesthetic machines and treatment equipment.
- Maintain treatment records accurately.
- Monitor treatment-room consumables.




- Ensure patients remain comfortable throughout treatments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and front desk staff.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous aesthetic, dermatology, skin, laser or cosmetology clinic experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments.
- HydraFacial experience preferred.
- Laser hair reduction experience preferred.
- Good patient-handling and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Solid understanding of hygiene and treatment-room protocols.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
