Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to manage and expand our sales network across Haryana and Punjab. The ideal candidate should have at least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers and dealers, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers, dealers, and prospective clients across Haryana and Punjab.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback.
- Support business development initiatives to increase sales and market penetration.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in the automobile or automotive industry will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable with field travel.
- Knowledge of the Haryana and Punjab markets will be an added advantage.
