RK Pharma is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage daily order processing, Excel data entry, shipment bookings and dispatch documentation for its export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily order records and Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
- Manage bulk shipment bookings through India Post.
- Pack, label and organise orders for dispatch.
- Verify product quantities, customer details and shipping addresses.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices and dispatched shipments.
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely processing.
- Follow company procedures and applicable requirements for medicine export documentation and shipping.

Skills and Requirements





- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing, data-entry and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Freshers with suitable computer skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in back-office operations, logistics or shipment documentation will be an advantage.

Working Schedule

- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Alternate Saturdays off, subject to the applicable holiday schedule.

Salary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
