Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, knowledgeable about influencer marketing trends, and adept at developing and executing strategic campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with the company's marketing objectives. This includes creating content calendars, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content is on-brand and resonates with target audiences.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in the industry. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, reach recent audiences, and generate authentic engagement.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign analysis. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Brand Advocacy: Cultivate brand advocates among influencers and loyal customers.



Develop strategies to incentivize user-generated content and amplify positive word-of-mouth marketing.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with other brands, organizations, and influencers to amplify reach and exposure. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry partners.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
