About Anantya

Anantya (अनंतया) is a boutique wellness and longevity studio in Vivek Vihar, East Delhi, built on one belief: healthspan over lifespan. We bring together yoga, Pilates, infrared and sound healing sessions, sauna and cold plunge recovery, and an Ayurvedic elixir bar, all under one roof. Classes are small and reservation-only, because we believe in quality over quantity. Every client should leave feeling better than when they walked in.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Studio Manager – Sales & Client Relations. This is one of the most important roles at Anantya. You'll be the first face clients meet and the person who runs the studio day to day: managing clients, driving sales, handling finances, and making sure every visit feels personal and premium. You'll be part of our founding team, helping shape the Anantya experience from day one.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every client warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in
- Create the energy and atmosphere of the studio so people want to come back
- Manage client relationships, bookings and reservations
- Sell and upsell session packages and passes with confidence and care
- Handle billing, payments,



daily accounts and basic financial records
- Oversee smooth daily studio operations and coordinate with instructors and staff
- Handle client queries, feedback and concerns professionally

Who We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, client relations or front-of-house, ideally in wellness, fitness, hospitality or luxury retail
- High energy and a positive mindset
- Excellent communication and greeting skills
- Confident in sales without being pushy; you build trust first
- Organised, reliable and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling money and keeping accurate records
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Well-presented, with a natural sense of hospitality
