We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should enjoy speaking with people, be comfortable making outbound calls, and have a positive approach toward customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Contact potential customers through phone calls using company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
- Identify genuine prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective customers through skilled communication.
- Update call details, customer responses, and follow-up information accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation goals.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure proper follow-up of interested customers.
Candidate Profile:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 1 year of telecalling, customer support, sales, or related experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
