The Stone Arch is looking for a skilled, passionate, and experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional food quality and dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.

Plan menus, develop new dishes, and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Ensure excellent taste, freshness, portion control, and plating standards.

Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and minimize wastage.

Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.

Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.

Ensure timely food preparation and smooth service during peak hours.

Maintain standard recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen discipline.

Take ownership of overall kitchen performance and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.





Strong culinary skills and in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and cost control.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

Creative mindset with a passion for food and continuous improvement.

Immediate joiners preferred.
