About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow our school’s presence across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be someone who understands social media trends, has a good eye for photography and video, and can turn everyday school activities into engaging content that strengthens our brand and connects with parents, students, and the wider community.

This is a hands-on creative role. We are looking for someone who can plan content, capture photos and videos at school, edit them, write engaging captions, and maintain a consistent and professional brand image across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the school’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan and calendar.
- Visit and capture high-quality photographs and videos of school activities, events, celebrations, competitions, classroom activities, achievements, and student life.
- Edit photos and videos to create engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, posts, and other social media content.
- Create creative and visually appealing content that showcases the school’s culture, facilities, achievements, teachers, students, and events.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Help develop creative campaigns to increase the school’s visibility and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone, and visual style across all social media platforms.
- Coordinate with teachers, school leadership, and other departments to identify and capture content opportunities.
- Cover important school events and create timely content for social media.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth and provide regular reports.
- Suggest new ideas and creative strategies to improve the school’s online presence.




- Ensure that all published content reflects the school’s values and maintains a professional and positive image.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, photography, videography, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of Reels, Stories, Shorts, and other current social media formats.
- Excellent visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site and cover school events when required.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is not just a social media manager. We are looking for a content creator who can take an idea from concept to published post.

You should be comfortable carrying a camera/phone around the school, capturing great moments, editing the footage, creating an engaging Reel, writing the caption, and publishing the final content.

A solid portfolio or examples of previous social media work are highly preferred.
