Hiring for Marketing/ Sr. Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute ATL activities including newspaper ads, radio, outdoor advertising, hoardings, print media and other local media campaigns.
- Plan and execute BTL activities including roadshows, exhibitions, property expos, apartment/community activations, kiosks, events and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate project launches, customer meets, channel partner meets and site promotional events.
- Manage branding at project sites, sales offices, hoardings, signages, standees and other promotional locations.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media houses, event agencies, printers and vendors.
- Identify suitable locations and opportunities for local marketing and project promotions.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to generate leads, increase site visits and support conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads generated, site visits, campaign expenses and ROI.
- Manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, standees and other collaterals.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify current promotional opportunities.




- Prepare weekly/monthly ATL & BTL activity reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure all activities are completed on time and within the approved marketing budget.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / MBA – Marketing preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in ATL/BTL marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
- Strong experience in outdoor marketing, events, activations and local promotions.
- Good vendor and agency coordination skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and locations across Coimbatore.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
