Job Description:
The Associate Agency Development Manager (ADDM) will be responsible for developing and managing a team of agents to promote and sell life insurance products. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agents to achieve sales targets and enhance their overall performance. The ADDM will work closely with the agents to create effective sales strategies, conduct market research, and maintain customer relationships. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment of business goals and provide support to agents during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:





- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a strong distribution network.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales skills.
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor agents’ performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
