We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to lead foot and lower-limb assessments for our customers, recommend the right footwear and insole solutions, and guide our junior clinical team. This is a clinical role in a retail healthcare setting, well suited to someone who enjoys patient interaction and wants to grow with an expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customers for foot, ankle, knee and lower back complaints, including gait and posture analysis
- Recommend suitable therapeutic footwear, insoles and orthotic modifications based on the assessment
- Advise customers on exercises, stretches and self-care for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, heel pain, diabetic foot concerns and knee pain
- Maintain accurate assessment records and follow up with customers on outcomes
- Train and supervise junior physiotherapists and store staff on assessment protocols and product knowledge
- Support doctors and the product team with clinical feedback on footwear design and fit
- Take part in health camps, hospital tie-ups and awareness sessions [as required]
- Help create standard assessment procedures for recent outlets and franchise stores
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
