Key responsibilities

- Supervise loading, unloading, lifting, shifting and positioning of industrial machinery.
- Coordinate Hydra/crane operators, riggers, welders, fitters and helpers.
- Supervise MS structural fabrication, welding, cutting, fitting and installation.
- Read basic fabrication drawings and take site measurements.
- Plan manpower, tools, material movement and job schedules.
- Ensure secure rigging practices, lifting-accessory inspection and PPE compliance.
- Coordinate with customers and submit daily work-progress reports.
- Travel to customer sites across Ahmedabad and other locations in Gujarat as required.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience.
- ITI Fitter / Welder or Diploma Mechanical preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in both fabrication and machinery shifting/erection.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage site workers and complete jobs safely.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
