We are looking for a confident, experienced, and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to conduct interactive training programs for students, graduates, and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Communication, Spoken English, Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Personality Development, Leadership, Teamwork, and Employability Skills.

Deliver engaging, activity-based training sessions and presentations. Conduct discussions, role plays, group activities, and practical exercises.

Customize training content based on the learners’ requirements. Motivate and actively engage participants throughout the sessions.

Requirements:





Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills, Communication, or Employability Trainer. Excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.

Strong English communication skills with confident stage presence. Ability to engage and connect effectively with learners.

Experience training students or job seekers is preferred. Willingness to work on a freelance/assignment basis.

Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience and expertise.
