- Lead and manage a team of 15–25 Tele-Collection Executives
- Drive daily/monthly recovery targets
- Monitor call volumes, login hours and team productivity
- Track PTP (Promise-to-Pay) and recovery performance
- Conduct call audits, barge-ins and daily team huddles
- Handle escalated borrower calls and settlement-related processes
- Prepare agent-wise performance and recovery reports in MS Excel
- Ensure ethical and compliant collection practices
Candidate Profile
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Tele-Collections / Loan Recovery
✅ 1+ year experience as Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader preferred
✅ Experience with Fintech, NBFC, digital lending or collection agencies preferred
✅ Knowledge of collection buckets, PTP and settlement workflows
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
✅ Positive knowledge of MS Excel and collection dialers
✅ Hindi & English fluency required; regional language is an advantage
✅ 12th Pass / Graduate candidates with relevant experience can apply
