Job Title: Store Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Sales Manager to manage daily retail store operations and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customers, product demonstrations, and customer queries.
- Manage inventory, stock audits, and store merchandising.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company policies.
Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, team management, and target achievement. Experience in mobile phones, laptops, and electronics will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
