Job Profile - Senior Manager / Manager Finance

Job Summary -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MBA Finance to manage banking coordination, payment follow-ups, documentation, financial data management, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Loan Coordination

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.

Regularly follow up with bankers to track loan status and resolve any pending issues.

Coordinate with internal departments to address discrepancies and facilitate smooth loan processing.

Payment Follow-up

Follow up with clients and channel partners for timely payment collection.

Monitor outstanding payments and maintain payment schedules.

Provide regular payment status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

Financial Data Management

Maintain accurate payment, sales, and financial records in

Microsoft Excel.

Prepare and update reports for management review.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and confidentiality.

Documentation

Follow up with clients and associates for timely submission of required documents.

Verify document completeness and ensure compliance with company policies and banking requirements.

Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.

Sales Coordination

Monitor the availability of residential and commercial plots.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding inventory availability.

Provide timely updates to clients and associates on plot availability and booking status.

Qualifications

MBA in Finance (Required)

Exp Required - Min 10 to 12 Years exp into Finance

Salary Budget - 60 to 75K Per Month

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, banks, clients, and associates.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
