*About the Role:*

We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Runner who can plan, launch, and scale high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

*Responsibilities:*

- Plan, create and manage Meta ad campaigns (FB & Instagram)

- Handle audience research, targeting, and retargeting

- Write/ coordinate ad copies and creatives with design team

- Monitor daily performance - CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM

- A/B test creatives, audiences and placements

- Optimize campaigns for leads, sales & growth

- Prepare weekly performance reports

- Stay updated with latest Meta ads trends and policies

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience running Meta Ads (Portfolio required)

- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, Custom Audiences

- Experience with scaling and budget management

- Basic understanding of copywriting & creative strategy

- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach

*Nice to Have:*

- Experience with E-commerce / Lead Gen

- Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
