Key Responsibilities

- Operate pickling, electropolishing, siliconization, plating, WTP, ETP, and scrubber plant processes.
- Conduct chemical concentration testing and monitor process parameters.
- Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to production and quality standards.
- Follow EHS, chemical handling, waste management, and safety procedures.




- Support preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Monitor chemical and consumable inventory.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in audits, process improvements, and cross-functional activities.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and chemical handling.
- Understanding of EHS and quality standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a shop-floor and shift-based environment.
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Freshers preferred)
