Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to visit shops and retail outlets, pitch our products, build strong relationships with shop owners, and generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for conducting shop-to-shop visits, explaining product advantages, onboarding new retailers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily shop-to-shop visits to meet retailers, shopkeepers, and business owners.
- Pitch and promote the company's products, explaining their features, advantages, pricing, and business value.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into active buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Negotiate product pricing, order quantities, and other sales terms within company guidelines.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to generate repeat orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of shop visits, leads, orders, and customer feedback.




- Share daily sales reports and market insights with the management team.

Requirements

- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in approaching and pitching products to new customers.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct regular field visits across Indore.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, FMCG, or B2B sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
