About the Role

Optimum Leads helps local home-service businesses connect with homeowners looking for their services.

We’re looking for a confident Appointment Setter to contact roofing contractors in the United States and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

- Speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce our service and identify interested contractors
- Handle basic objections professionally
- Book qualified appointments with our sales team
- Follow our proven script and calling process

You will not be responsible for closing the sale.

What We’re Looking For

- Clear, professional spoken English
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
- Confident making outbound calls
- Reliable and coachable
- Previous cold-calling or sales experience is a plus, but not required





Compensation

Commission-only — the first payment from each new client directly per qualified appointment that closes.

Payment and commission terms will be explained clearly before you begin.
