We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive our building projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering residential, commercial, or industrial structural projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the central hub of communication, collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all construction works meet required engineering specifications, local building codes, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project management plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed timelines. Establish clear milestones and track daily site progress to preempt delays.
- Budget & Cost Control: Establish, monitor, and manage the construction project budget. Formulate accurate estimates based on material takeoffs (MTO), evaluate subcontractor bids, track expenditures, and handle cost variations or change orders effectively.
- Resource Allocation & Procurement: Oversee the procurement of high-quality construction materials, equipment, and machinery.



Manage labour logistics and optimize workforce allocation across different phases of the structural build.
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Hire, coordinate, and supervise general contractors, site engineers, laborers, and external suppliers. Foster collaboration and resolve technical design or on-site issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship adheres strictly to structural blueprints and quality metrics. Acquire all necessary building permits and operational licenses from local regulatory authorities.
- Risk Management & Safety: Proactively identify financial, technical, or environmental risks and implement mitigation strategies. Strictly enforce national and local health and safety protocols (OSHA/HSE) to maintain a zero-incident job site.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and company executives. Prepare and present detailed performance reports regarding milestones achieved, current expenditures, and safety compliance

Pay: ₹654,108.26 - ₹999,553.99 per year
