If you spend your time studying why a hook worked, how a creator built an audience and how to turn engagement into revenue—we want you to run our ship.
*Why this role is different:
No boring scripts : You won't be managing spreadsheets of dead database leads. You will be aligning content strategy with conversion funnels.
Content meets Capital: You will take charge of our social presence, build distribution channels and turn inbound engagement into high-ticket clients.
True Ownership: You aren't just an execution hand. You are joining as a strategic partner to build, experiment and share in the upside.
*DNA we are looking for:
- You live and breathe social media and understand community-led growth.
- You understand the psychology it takes to turn a "Like" into a "Closed Deal".
- You have 1 to 4 years of grit in digital marketing, personal branding, funnel building or creator sales.
If you are tired of agency grind or corporate stiffness and want to put your marketing frameworks into an explosive growth engine, let’s talk.
*Hop On Board:
No formal cover letters required. Show us what you've built, a campaign you loved or your social presence.
If you have a social media presence or portfolio links, it is good to attach them. However, if you do not have them, sending your CV to our email is compulsory with a subject.
