JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring an experienced sales professional for a leading electrical company in the Lighting division. The role involves B2B sales, project sales, dealer management, territory development, and customer relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and manage dealers, contractors, consultants, builders, and project customers.
- Drive sales through dealer, contractor, and project channels.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and monitor customer requirements, competitors, and market trends.




- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely payment collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, product availability, and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Dealer Management, or related roles.
- Experience in the electrical or lighting industry preferred.
- Robust dealer and contractor network.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen and willingness to travel within the territory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
