Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in sales of electrical control panels, including PCC, MCC, APFC and LT panels.

- Candidates from Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban areas only are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business enquiries and develop new customers.
- Handle sales of PCC, MCC, APFC and LT electrical panels.
- Develop business from EPC contractors, electrical contractors, consultants and industrial customers.
- Visit customers, industrial sites and project locations for business development.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate prices and close orders.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, production and accounts teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases and enquiry pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in sales/business development in the electrical panel manufacturing industry.
- Experience in selling PCC, MCC, APFC or LT electrical panels is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of electrical panel products and customer requirements.
- Existing contacts with EPC contractors, electrical consultants, contractors or industrial customers preferred.




- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate enquiries, convert quotations into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM/sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and project meetings.

Preferred Candidate

A target-oriented sales professional who can independently generate leads, develop customers, close profitable orders and grow the company's electrical panel business.
