WE’RE HIRING: GERMAN LANGUAGE CONTENT CREATOR

Love German and enjoy creating engaging social media content? Join Averiant Academy and help learners understand German through clear, creative and practical content.

Minimum experience: 1 year in social media content creation.

Your responsibilities

- Plan a monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Research ideas and write engaging scripts for reels, short videos and educational posts.
- Record and present videos on camera with clear German pronunciation and confident delivery.
- Create content covering German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, everyday conversations and exam preparation tips.
- Edit videos with accurate subtitles, captions, graphics, clear audio and engaging opening hooks.
- Design educational carousels, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
- Write platform-appropriate captions, calls to action and relevant hashtags.
- Coordinate with our German trainers to ensure language accuracy and educational value.
- Prepare and schedule approved content while maintaining a consistent brand style.
- Track reach, watch time, engagement and enquiries to improve future content.
- Support course launches,



demo-class promotions and other academy campaigns.
- Stay updated on relevant social media trends and adapt them to German language learning.

What we’re looking for

- At least 1 year of relevant content creation experience; language-learning or education content experience is preferred.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above; C1/C2 proficiency and Goethe/telc certification are preferred.
- Ability to explain German concepts clearly in English.
- Confidence in front of the camera and strong storytelling skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Attention to detail, reliable delivery and the ability to work independently.
- A portfolio demonstrating your video, writing and design skills.
