We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate cum Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage daily office activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to customer messages, explain products, share quotations, and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate customer orders, payments, production updates, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in managing the owner's daily schedule, appointments, reminders, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and basic office documentation.




- Coordinate with the production team and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Assist with social media enquiries and basic business coordination.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly, qualified, and customer-focused attitude.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply; experience will be an added advantage.
