About Griwolfe

Griwolfe is a US custom headwear and apparel company. Every order on our website is decorated in our own production facility, and embroidery is the heart of it. Digitizing quality decides whether our machines run clean or stop, so this role sits at the center of the company.

What you will do

- Digitize customer artwork for caps and apparel: flat embroidery, 3D puff, and patches

- Deliver production-ready .DST files plus editable source files for every design

- Match our thread chart, digitizing standards, and file naming rules

- Hit daily volume (around 10 designs per day) with files that sew right the first time

- Work inside our task tracker and coordinate with our lead digitizer, who reviews your files

Hours

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan time). During these hours you work only for Griwolfe and stay reachable. Outside these hours your time is your own.

Pay

$500 USD per month to start, paid monthly, with a tiered raise path driven by performance and quality. We hire for years, not months. People who deliver grow with the company.

Requirements

- 5+ years of qualified digitizing with real cap and headwear work

- Wilcom EmbroideryStudio





- Proven 3D puff and small text ability

- Strong written English

- Reliable computer and internet

- Available 9 to 5 Eastern every working day

This role is NOT for you if

- You outsource digitizing to someone else and resell it

- You have only done flat left-chest logos and never real cap work

- You cannot show the editable source files behind your portfolio

- You plan to serve other clients during our working hours

- You need supervision to produce clean 3D puff

Applications without completed test files are not reviewed.

We have hired digitizers before who looked great on paper but could not deliver in production. We are hiring on actual work this time, not claims.

Pay: ₹48,417.61 per month
