Job Description
- Lead the marketing and business development function for the hydrocarbon division.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive sustainable business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international and domestic markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, end-users, and key stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives across refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, fertilizer, and chemical sectors.
- Lead tendering, estimation, proposal preparation, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.




- Develop and manage a robust export order book and expand the company's international footprint.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to enhance business strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team comprising marketing and estimation professionals across Mumbai and Delhi.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and key accounts.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the COO and senior leadership team to achieve organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 20+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven experience in sales and export business development within the hydrocarbon sector.
